Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of YMM Digital.

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables, excluding proprietary tools, frameworks, or templates.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all business information, strategies, login credentials, and discussions shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

YMM Digital is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, etc.)

  • Performance fluctuations due to algorithm changes, ad policies, or market conditions

We provide best-effort services but cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms.

You acknowledge that:

  • These platforms operate under their own terms

  • YMM Digital is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or data loss arising from these platforms

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as outlined in the service agreement.

YMM Digital may terminate services immediately if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Terms are violated

  • Misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is detected

All dues must be cleared before termination is finalized.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our Site or Services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
